Specific Terms and Conditions

• The promoter of this promotion is GVC Services Limited, registered in Gibraltar under company number 112454 and having its registered office at Suite 6,Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.
• The "Sign-up offer” promotion will run from 00:01 (CEST) on 01.01.2016 to 05:59 (CEST) on 31.12.2018 (the "Promotional Period").
• By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our General Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

• “Eligible Player” means an individual who:
  • is eighteen (18) years of age or older or the legal age of majority in the player’s home country, state or province 
  • is a new player at partypoker.
     
• “Eligible Deposit” means a cash deposit which is: 
  • the first deposit placed by an eligible player into their account at partypoker.com by an eligible player 
  • made within 30 days following the date of registration with partypoker.com;
  • a minimum of £5 and

• Eligible players who make an eligible deposit will be entitled to receive a 100 % deposit bonus worth up to a maximum of £400.

Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Bonus type: ‘release restricted’. Eligible players who make an eligible deposit during the time limit (defined below) will receive 100% of the bonus once they have earned loyalty points the value of the initial deposit (up to £400) 12 times
• The bonus will be released into an eligible player’s account in ten increments - each time the value of the initial deposit the loyalty points earnt 0.12 times, 10% of the bonus will be released into the eligible player’s account. 
• Eligible players will have 90 days from making their eligible deposit to release the full bonus (the “Time Limit”). Any bonus funds which have not already been released into the eligible player’s account will be forfeited if the requirement is not met within the time limit.

By way of example only:
Player A makes an initial deposit of £10 Within 90 days and earns loyalty points equal to £120. Bonus received = £10
Player B makes an initial deposit of £400 within 90 days and earns loyalty points equal to £4,800. Bonus received = £400

• Eligible players can keep track of their bonuses in the bonus section of their account.

General

• Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the promotion pending further investigation.
• We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
