By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these promotional terms and conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions.

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “25^th Anniversary Wheel” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) each calendar month from 00:00 GMT on 25/03/2026 until 23:59 GMT on 31/12/2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE PROMOTION

2. The Promotion is available to customers of www.partypoker.com (the "Website") who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years old (over 19 years old for Canada);
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions; and
   4. are resident in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Malta, Canada (excluding Ontario), Gibraltar, Finland and Brazil.

HOW TO PARTCIPIATE IN THIS PROMOTION

3. This Promotion consist of 3 separate Challenges which include: Deposit Offer, Spins Challenge and Cash Game Challenge (together “the Challenges”).
4. An Eligible Player may take part in each of the Challenges during each calendar month throughout the Promotional Period.
5. Deposits and prizes will be according to the currency of an Eligible Players Website account in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Promoter bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates. 

DEPOSIT OFFER SPECIFIC TERMS

6. An Eligible player can participate in the Deposit Offer Challenge once every calendar month during the Promotional Period.
7. In order to participate in the Deposit Offer, an Eligible Player must deposit a total of $25 (USD) or more in one single transaction using the Bonus Code “25ANNIVERSARY” via the cashier on their Website account (the “Qualifying Deposit”).
8. An Eligible Player would need to click onto “Got a bonus code?” in order to see the dedicated section where the Bonus Code can be entered when completing their Qualifying Deposit.
9. Once an Eligible Player has completed the Qualifying Deposit, they will receive 1 spin for the Anniversary Wheel (the “Wheel”).

SPINS CHALLENGE SPECIFIC TERMS

10. In order to participate in the Spins Challenge, an Eligible Player must opt-in to the challenge from 25^th until 29^th of each calendar month during the Promotional Period (the “Qualifying Month”).
11. An Eligible Player can opt-in up to a maximum of 5 times in a Qualifying Month.
12. Once an Eligible Player has opted in, they must play 15 SPINS Overdrive of their preferred buy-in (as per point 11) to complete the Challenge and receive 1 spin for the Wheel each Qualifying Month (a “Qualifying Wager”).
13. Buy-ins included on this challenge are: $0.25, $1, $3, $5 and $10.
14. An Eligible Player can receive a maximum of 5 spins for the Wheel during a Qualifying Month.

CASH GAME CHALLENGES SPECIFIC TERMS

15. In order to participate in the Cash Game Challenge, an Eligible Player must opt-in to the challenge from 25^th until 29^th of each calendar month during the Promotional Period (the “Qualifying Month”).
16. An Eligible Player can opt-in up to a maximum of 4 times in a Qualifying Month.
17. Once an Eligible Player has opted in, they must see 25 flops of their preferred stake (as per point 16) on Cash Game or Fast Forward to complete the challenge and receive 1 spin on the Wheel.
18. Stakes included on this challenge are: NL2, NL5, NL10 and NL25.
19. Heads up (HU) is excluded from this Challenge.
20. An Eligible Player can receive a maximum of 4 spins for the Wheel during each Qualifying Month.

ANNIVERSARY WHEEL SPECIFIC TERMS

21. Once an Eligible Player has received a Spin for the Wheel, they can click on the 25^th Anniversary Wheel widget via the “Offers” section within their Website account.
22. An Eligible Player can then click on “SPIN” (or tap screen on Mobile App) to spin the Wheel.
23. The Wheel will land on a prize icon which will reveal what the Eligible Player has won.
24. Prizes which can be won include Event Tickets, Party Dollars (a “P$”) or Cash, as detailed in the table below:

25. Prizes are non-transferable.
26. Maximum 10 spins on the Wheel per Eligible Player, per calendar month.
27. Each Spin for the Wheel will be valid for 72 hours upon being credited to the Eligible Players account, if this is not used, this will be forfeited and not reissued.
28. In case of any technical issue with the Wheel please contact our Customer Service Team.

PARTY DOLLARS (P$) SPECIFIC TERMS

29. P$ awarded as part of this Promotion will be credited to an Eligible Players Website account automatically upon winning them.
30. A minimum of P$ 1 and a maximum of P$ 5 can be won by an Eligible Player.
31. P$ will allow entry into any Poker Game except heads-up games.
32. P$ do not have an expiry date.
33. P$ cannot be sold or transferred to other Website players.
34. P$ are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

CASH PRIZE SPECIFIC TERMS 

36. The cash prize has a value of $2,500 and will be credited to the winner’s Website account at the end of each spin if they have won this prize. 
37. The cash prize will be withdrawable from the moment it is credited onto the Eligible Players Website account. 

EVENT TICKETS SPECIFIC TERMS 

38. The value of the Event Tickets will be shown on the “MY TICKETS” section on an Eligible Players Website account.
39. Event Tickets can be used for the games mentioned on the “MY TICKETS” section on an Eligible Players Website account.
40. Event Tickets must be used before the expiry date indicated on the “MY TICKETS” section on an Eligible Players Website account otherwise they will expire and not be re-issued.
41. Event Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS 

42. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar under the number 46808 and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.
43. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
44. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from the Promoter’s offers and/or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
45. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
46. The Promoter reserves the right to change and/or end any promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behavior.
47. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
