By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions and wagering requirements.

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “Fastforward Happy Hours” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and Standard Promotional Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE and HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 13/07/2026 until further notice, each day during the Fastforward Happy Hours (detailed in the table at term 4) (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.partypoker.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years old (over 19 years old for Canada);
   3. have downloaded our poker client;
   4. are eligible to receive Website Promotions; and
   5. are resident in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Malta, Canada, Gibraltar, Finland and Brazil.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

3. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must play Fastforward 6 Max Hold’em or Omaha games during the Fastforward Happy Hours (detailed below) to receive boosted Cashback Points, based on the Rake collected. Heads up games are excluded from this Promotion.
4. The “Fastforward Happy Hours” run each day during the Promotional Period according to the table below:

5. Only Rake collected during the Fastforward Happy Hours will count towards the Boosted Cashback Points, as per the table at term 4.
6. Boosted Cashback Points will be credited after the Fastforward Happy Hours have ended.
7. For Fastforward games at NL50 or above, Eligible Players will receive 2 Cashback Points per $1 Rake. During Fastforward Happy Hours, Eligible Players will receive an additional 1 Cashback Point per $1 Rake on qualifying Rake generated during those hours, resulting in a total of 3 Cashback Points per $1 Rake during Fastforward Happy Hours.

BOOSTED CASHBACK POINTS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

8. Boosted Cashback Points collected as part of this Promotion:
   1. will be automatically applied to the Eligible Player’s weekly Cashback programme;
   2. cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
   3. will be subject to the Cashback programme’s Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed HERE.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

9. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
10. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. This could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from the Promoter’s offers and/or promotions under the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
12. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to change and/or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
14. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
