Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions.

The following Promotional Terms & Conditions will apply to this Micro Series Leaderboard Promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The Promotion will run from 2^nd November until 18^th November 2025, when the last Micro Series Tournament ends (the "Promotional Period").

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. The Promotion is available to customers of www.partypoker.com (the "Website") who:
   1. are over 18+ or over 19+ for Canada;
   2. have made a minimum of one deposit in their Website account; and
   3. are able to see the Promotion in their Website account during the Promotional Period.

3. This Promotion is not available to Eligible Players resident in Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Mexico, Chile and Perú.
4. Eligible Players cannot enter the Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE MICRO SERIES LEADERBOARD

5. Eligible Players will start accumulating points for the Micro Series leaderboard (the “Leaderboard”) if they end in a paid position in any Micro-Series Event.
6. Satellites and “feeder” tournaments are excluded from this Promotion and will NOT qualify for the Leaderboard.
7. Tournaments qualifying for the Leaderboard will start with the following:
   • Micro Series - #.

MICRO SERIES LEADERBOARD SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

8. Leaderboard points will be calculated using the following formula: 10 * [√n/√rank].
   • n = number of Eligible Players in the qualifying tournament.
   • rank = the final position in the qualifying tournament.

8. Eligible Players can check their position on the Leaderboard by clicking the “Promotions” tab on the Website, or on the promotional page.
9. The top 250 Eligible Players on the Leaderboard will win entry tickets for the upcoming Turbo Series Tournament, as shown below:

10. A grand total of $5,000 worth of tickets for the Turbo Series will be awarded with this Leaderboard Promotion.
11. Dates for the Turbo Series will be announced on the Website.

TURBO SERIES TICKETS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

12. The Tickets won via this Promotion can only be used on one of the Turbo Series Tournaments, the MTTs displayed in the “My Tickets” section of the Website account. The “My Tickets” section can be accessed at the bottom right of the poker lobby.
13. Tickets will be credited to the winning players’ accounts within 48 hours from the moment the Leaderboard is finalised.
14. Once credited, the Ticket will allow the Eligible Player to participate in one of the selected MTTs before the expiry date, as shown in the “My Tickets” section.
15. The Tickets may appear as “invalid” if viewed before the Turbo Series Tournaments are displayed in the poker client, since they are only valid for this Tournament Series.
16. Once a Ticket has expired, it can no longer be used and will be removed from the Website account.
17. Tickets are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

18. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to a qualifying player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
19. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the player's ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
20. In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
21. Employees of the Promoter (and its affiliate companies), and any family members of employees, are not eligible to receive this Poker Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
