These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “Daily Party Gift Wheel” promotion. They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

  1. The Daily Party Gift Wheel promotion (the “Promotion”) is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) from 5th of September 2024 until at 00:00 CEST on the 30th of September 2024 at 23:59 CEST.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR DAILY PARTY GIFT WHEEL

  1. The Promotion is available to customers of  partypoker.com (the "Website") who:
    1. Have a verified Website account; 
    2. Are over 18 years of age (over 19 years of age in Canada);
    3. Are eligible to receive Website promotions;

(an “Eligible Player”) 

Players cannot enter the Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

  1. This Promotion is not available to players resident in Sweden, Austria, Mexico, Chile or Peru.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PORMOTION

  1. To participate in the Promotion, Eligible Players must: 
    1. Complete the Missions (as detailed below) and access the Daily Party Gift Wheel (the “Wheel”) from the “Offers” section. 
    2. Click on “SPIN” (or tap screen on Mobile Web/App) to spin the Wheel. 
    3. Reveal an icon. The icon will always reveal a prize. 
  2. Eligible Players will be awarded 1 spin of the Wheel per completed Mission.
  3. Each spin of the Wheel will have a guaranteed prize. Prizes are tickets for MILLIONS, SPINS Overdrive or P$.

MISSIONS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

  1. Each day of the Promotional Period, the following daily missions (the “Missions”) will be available to complete:
    1. Play 25 hands on Cash Game or Fastforward on 10 NL/PL. To complete the mission will be counted only hands played on Cash Game or Fastforward with stakes equal or greater than $0.05/$0.10.
    2. Win 1 SPINS Overdrive of $5 or more. To complete the mission an Eligible Player should win a SPINS Overdrive of $5 or greater.
    3. Participate in 2 MTTs with $11 as buy-in or more. To complete the mission an Eligible Player would need to participate in 2 MTTs of $11 buy-in or greater.
  2. Each Mission can be completed maximum once per Eligible Player per day.
  3. Eligible Players can complete maximum 3 Missions per day.
  4. Prizes are non-transferable. 
  5. Each spin for the Wheel will be available until 00:00 CEST of the day it is issued. After this time, it will expire and not be re-issued.

  1. Prizes that can be won on the Daily Party Gift Wheel are:

MILLIONS ONLINE TICKETS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

  1. The value of the Tickets will be shown on the pop-up message displayed when the Eligible Player wins this prize.
  2. Tickets can be used for the games mentioned in the pop-up message displayed when the Eligible Players win this prize.
  3. Tickets must be used by the end of the MILIONS ONLINE series. After this time they will expire and not be re-issued.
  4. Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.

SPINS TICKETS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

  1. The value of the SPINS Ticket can be found on the SPINS Ticket itself, details of which can be found in the “My Tickets” section of the account..
  2. The SPINS Tickets:
    1. will only be available to use on SPINS tournaments.
    2. will be subject to an expiry date or expiry period. Details of which can be found in the “My Tickets” section of the poker software. Unused SPINS Tickets will expire at the end of the expiry date or expiry period and will be removed from a player’s account.
    3. cannot be sold or transferred to other players and cannot be exchanged for cash.

POKER DOLLARS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

  1. Poker Dollars (“P$”):
    1. allow entry into any poker game (except “heads-up” games).     
    2. do not have an expiry date.   
    3. cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and   
    4. are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS   

  1. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to a qualifying player and their website account (the “Promoter”).  
  2. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the player's ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits, or prizes. 
  3. Employees of the Promoter (and its affiliate companies), and any family members of employees, are not eligible to receive this Poker Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
