By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions.

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “PartyPoker UK Welcome Offer” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 18.03.2025 until further notice (the "Promotional Period").
2. Employees of the Promoter (and its affiliate companies), and any family members of employees, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
3. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other Website offer or promotion.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE PROMOTION

4. The Promotion is available to customers of partypoker.com (the "Website") who:
   1. are a new player
   2. are over 18 years of age
   3. are resident within the UK
   4. have not made their first deposit

   (an “Eligible Player”).

5. An Eligible Deposit is a real money deposit that:
   1. is made within the Promotional Period
   2. has a minimum value of £10 and is made in one transaction (multiple deposits do not qualify)
   3. (an "Eligible Deposit").
6. Deposits made via Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill or via any e-wallet payment method and pre-paid cards will NOT qualify for this Promotion.

HOW IT WORKS

7. If an Eligible Player makes an Eligible Deposit (as defined above) during the Promotional Period, they will be credited with:
   1. a pending bonus equal to 100% of their Eligible Deposit up to a maximum of £1,000 (the “Deposit Bonus”); and
   2. £50 worth of Party dollars and tournament tickets (the “£50 Free Play”).

DEPOSIT BONUS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

8. The Deposit Bonus will be credited to the Eligible Player's account automatically upon making a successful Eligible Deposit.
9. The Deposit Bonus is a "restricted release" bonus. The Deposit Bonus funds will be visible in the “Bonus” section of the account but will not be available to play with until the loyalty points requirements (as set out below) are met.
10. The pending Deposit Bonus will be released in increments of 5% of the Deposit Bonus amount, as the player accumulates 5% of the Total Loyalty Points (as defined below).
11. To release the full amount of the Deposit Bonus, the player must accumulate 5x the amount of the Deposit Bonus in Loyalty Points (the "Total Loyalty Points").
12. Players will earn 1 Loyalty Point for every $1 (or currency equivalent) in poker rake.
13. Any portions of the Deposit Bonus that are not released within the 90 days from when the Eligible Deposit is made will be forfeited.
14. Each released portion of the Deposit Bonus will be credited as cash to the Eligible Player's account automatically once the player reaches the 5% the Total Loyalty Points requirement.

Example:

• Player “A” makes an Eligible Deposit of £20 and receives a pending Deposit Bonus of £20.
• To release the full amount of the Deposit Bonus (£20), Player “A” must accumulate 5 x 20 = 100 Total Loyalty Points within 90 days from the Eligible Deposit date.
• The pending Deposit Bonus will be divided in 20 bonus portions of £1 each meaning 5% of the total pending Deposit Bonus.
• When Player “A” accumulates 5% of the Total Loyalty Points required (i.e. 5 Loyalty Points), 5% of the Deposit Bonus (£1) will be released.

15. Eligible Players can withdraw their cash funds at any time before Total Loyalty Points have been earned, this means that any Deposit Bonus increments that have not yet been credited to their account will be forfeited.

£50 FREE PLAY SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

16. When an Eligible Player makes an Eligible Deposit, their account will be credited with a total of £50 in Free Play over a six-day period, as detailed below:
    • Day 1 = P$5 (5 Party dollars) + 5x $1 SPINS Overdrive Tickets
    • Day 2 = P$5 (5 Party dollars) + 1x $3 & 2x $1 SPINS Overdrive Tickets
    • Day 3 = P$5 (5 Party dollars) + 1x £5 Partypoker Tour Path Round 3 ticket
    • Day 4 = P$5 (5 Party dollars) + 1x $3 & 2x $1 SPINS Overdrive Tickets
    • Day 5 = P$5 (5 Party dollars) + 1x $5 SPINS Overdrive Ticket
    • Day 6 = P$5 (5 Party dollars) + 2x £5 Partypoker Tour Path Round 3 tickets.

PARTY DOLLARS (P$) SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

17. Party Dollars (“P$”) awarded as part of this Promotion:
    1. will be credited to an Eligible Player’s account automatically each day over a six-day period from the date the Eligible Deposit is made, as described at term 16.
    2. P$ can be spent on any online poker tournament, fastforward and cash games (except “heads-up” games). Details can be found in the following web page https://www.partypoker.com/en/party-dollars.
    3. Cannot be sold or transferred to other players.
    4. Are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

PARTYPOKER TOUR PATH AND SPINS OVERDRIVE TICKETS

18. Tickets awarded as part of this Promotion:
    1. will be credited to an Eligible Player's account automatically each day for a period of six days from the date the Eligible Deposit is made, as described at term 16.
    2. will allow entry into Partypoker Tour Path and SPINS Overdrive Tournaments. Details will be specified on the tickets themselves, which can be found in the "My Tickets" section of the website in the Eligible Player's account.
    3. will expire after 14 days after the ticket has been issued.
    4. Cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
    5. are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

19. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
20. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
21. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from their offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
24. Where an amount of money is noted in this promotion ("Promotional Amount"), and there is a requirement for that Promotional Amount to be converted from the advertised currency to the Eligible Player’s account currency, then this will be subject to the exchange rates available at the time of conversion.
