BEFORE ENTERING THIS PROMOTION IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. 1. These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “Carnival Streak” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

2. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 5^th Feb 2023 until 19^th Feb 2023.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

3. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.partypoker.com (the “Website”) who:
• have a verified Website account;
• are over 18 years old (over 19 years old for Canada);
• have downloaded our poker client; and
• are eligible to receive Website Promotions.

4. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country.

HOW TO QUALIFY

5. Register in the 3 selected ‘Sunday Carnival’ tournaments (see table above)
6. During the promotional period from 5^th-19^th Feb
7. All 3 tournaments must be registered to qualify for this promotion
8. Players who register through satellites will also qualify for this promotion.

REWARDS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

9. The following Rewards will be credited to Eligible Players:
• $16.50 tournament ticket to the ‘Sunday Party Mega Sat’
10. An Eligible Player can only receive one ticket by qualification.
11. Rewards will be paid out and be visible in the Eligible Player’s account within 7 days of qualifying for the promotion.
12. Eligible Players will be credited their Reward according to the currency of their account, in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Promoter bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.

TICKETS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

13. Will be credited to an Eligible Player’s account automatically
14. Will allow entry into the specified qualifying tournament. Details will be specified on the tickets themselves, details of which can be found in the “My Tickets” section of the Eligible Player’s Website account; 
15. Will expire after 14 days from issue; 
16. Cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
17. Are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

18. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
19. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
20. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from their offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
