These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “Cash Games and Fast Forward Diamond Club Challenge” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
- This Poker Promotion is available every calendar month from 01.04.2024 until 30.06.2024 (the “Promotional Period”).
WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION
- The Promotion is available to customers of www.partypoker.com (the "Website") who:
- have a verified Website account;
- are over 18 years old (over 19 years old for Canada);
- have downloaded our poker client; and
- are eligible to receive Website Promotions.

- This Promotion is not available to players resident in Austria, Mexico and Perú.
- Players cannot enter the Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.
HOW TO CLAIM THIS POKER OFFER
- An Eligible Player can access the Promotion Cash Games and Fast Forward Diamond Club Challenge by clicking on the Website “Offers” tab.
- In order to participate, Eligible Players are required to opt-in to the Promotion each calendar month, before the end of the month, and start by accumulating points to reach the relevant targets (as per table at term 11) (the “Challenge”).
- To participate in this Promotion, Eligible Players need to accumulate points by playing the following poker games:
- Fast Forward;
- Cash Games;
- An Eligible Player will earn:
- 4 loyalty points for every $1 raked (or currency equivalent) in Fast Forward Games,
- 2.5 loyalty points for every $1 raked (or currency equivalent) in Cash Games; and
- 2 loyalty points for every $1 raked (or currency equivalent) in Cash Games high stakes (where big blind is greater than $2).
- If an Eligible Player has generated rake playing Cash Games or Fast Forward during the Promotional Period before opt-in any points accrued during the month will be added after opt-in.
- Every 1st of the month the points will reset and Eligible Players will be required to opt-in again. The targets and the rewards will be the same every month during the Promotional Period.
- Based on the number of loyalty points accumulated, Eligible Players will unlock rewards, as per table below:

- If the number of points accumulated by the Eligible Player falls between two targets, Eligible Players will receive the reward associated with the last target they have reached as per table above.
REWARDS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
- Rewards are Party Dollars (“P$”).
- The accrued P$ will be credited to the player’s account instantly when they hit the targets.
- P$ can only be used on poker games (except Heads-up games).
- P$ will only be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- P$ cannot be sold or transferred to other players.
- P$ cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The maximum amount of P$ that can be accrued with this Promotion is P$ 5,000 per month.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
- This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to a qualifying player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
- The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the player's ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
- Employees of the Promoter (and its affiliate companies), and any family members of employees, are not eligible to receive this Poker Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
- In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
- The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
