Remember how on Day 8 of POWERFEST Team Online’s Travis “DramaticDegen” Darroch turned a $109 satellite ticket into a runner-up finish in a $1,050 POWERFEST event for almost $35,000? Well, he’s only gone and done it again!
Darroch won another $1,050 seat for only $109 and used that to buy into the POWERFEST #51-HR: $150K Gtd Fast PKO event on Day 10. A few hours and many eliminations later, Darroch saw $23,505 pile into his partypoker account.
The $1,567,954 awarded on Day 10 took the total prize money to $18,094,059 and with 96 events still to go, the $28 million in combined guarantees has every chance of being blown out of the water!

The POWERFEST #51-HR: $150K Gtd Fast PKO attracted a field of 149 who created a $151,980 prize pool and it was one of our own who managed to secure a large prize.
Travis “DramaticDegen” Darroch navigated his way through the shark-infested waters of the $1,050 buy-in tournament after winning his seat for a cut-price $109. Darroch ran out of steam at the final hurdle and had to make do with the $13,138 consolation prize, which was padded with an impressive $10,367 from the bounty prize pool.
“Talespin” was the only player Darroch didn’t outlast. The champion’s first-place prize weighed in at $13,153 and they also collected $21,661 from the bounty prize pool for a profitable Tuesday grind.
Also at the final table was Team partypoker’s Kristen “Krissyb24” Bicknell who crashed out in sixth-place. The Canadian starlet helped herself to the $3,784 prize from the main prize pool and padded her bankroll further with a $2,843 bounty payment.

It looked like Team partypoker’s Roberto “R_Romanello” Romanello was going to go all the way and take down the $5,200 buy-in POWERFEST #48-SHR: $500K Gtd PKO, but it all went wrong towards the final bubble and everyone’s favourite Italian-Welshman fell in 10th place for a combined prize worth $12,839.
Similar amounts were won by “PauliiBet” and “Viiolawo” who busted in eighth and seventh-place respectively before the prize money exploded for “PhantompokerTV” who scored $13,978 and bolstered that prize with $12,675 from the bounty prize pool.

POWERFEST #47-M: $50K Gtd Big Antes Deep
Entries: 1,195
Buy-in: $55
Prize pool: $59,750
Places paid: 152
One of the new additions to the POWERFEST X schedule was the Big Antes tournaments, which see the blind increase at a more shallow rate but the antes remain large. It’s a format that has proven popular, as is evident by the 1,195-strong crowd who turned out for the POWERFEST #47-M: $50K Gtd Big Antes Deep event.
Despite only costing $55 to enter, all but one of the final table walked away with four-figures or more, and the champion scooped up more than $10,000.
“probirs11” was that champion and they turned their $55 into $10,187 after defeating “Marcocampos” heads-up for the title, resigning the second-place finisher to a still welcomed $7,289.
The low-to-mid buy-in POWERFEST events have created some big prize pools in relation to their buy-in, going to show anyone can win big at partypoker.
