Day 6 was a big day at partypoker because there were a trio of massive tournaments taking place, one with a $10,300 buy-in, another costing $5,200, and a third weighing in at $2,100. Exactly 100 players bought into the POWERFEST #22-SHR: $1M Gtd for $10,300 to ensure the $1 million guaranteed prize pool was hit. This gargantuan prize was shared among the top 16 finishers, with “Kanchenjunga” being the unfortunate soul to burst the money bubble.
Everyone else locked up at least $20,000 for their effort, with Team partypoker’s Roberto “R_Romanello” Romanello banking $25,000 for his 11th place finish.
Each of the eight finalists secured a $32,500 payday, the sum given to “OmarsComing”. Seventh-place and $40,000 went to “Elvallekas” before Player Panel member Patrick “Patrick_Leonard” Leonard fell in sixth place for $50,000.
“TheDrino” busted in fifth place for $65,000 before “PauliBet” saw their tournament end in fourth place for $87,500; they were the last player not to win a six-figure prize.
“ChimeyBarrel” then exited in third place for $125,000 and was followed to the sidelines by “BuddyRW” who lost heads-up against “kristian150”. Second place was worth $175,000 with the champion banking a cool $245,000.

POWERFEST #23-SHR: $400K Gtd PLO 6-Max cost $5,200 to enter and saw a field of 78 battle it out on six-handed tables for a slice of $400,000.
Team partypoker’s Joni “JJouhki” Jouhkimainen crept into the cash and finished in 11th place for $10,959. The prize money increased to $17,000 by the time the six-handed final table was set, “Grazvis1” being the first casualty under the lights.
“TheRealGrizzly1” fell in fifth for a $25,000 addition to their bankroll before “HosseinEnsan”, bearing the name of the reigning World Series of Poker Main Event champion, busted in fourth for $35,000.
Third place and $48,000 went to “trustnobody_99” which set up a one-on-one clash between ChimneyBarrel and “vodkasoda”. It was the latter who emerged from battle unscathed, securing the $125,122 top prize and leaving ChimneyBarrel to add $78,000 to the $125,000 they won in the $1M Gtd event earlier.

The $2,100 buy-in we spoke about was a PKO event, the POWERFEST #24-HR: $250K Gtd PKO to be exact, and it crated some sizable bounty payments, especially for those who navigated their way to the eight-handed final table.
Nobody locked up more from the bounty prize pool than the champion “dollar007” whose $22,775 top prize was bolstered by an incredible $44,058 thanks to them also winning the prize that was on their own head.
One other player, “Tigerbluff”, banked five-figures worth of bounties. Tigerbluff has made several deep runs during the opening week of POWERFEST X and finished third in this tournament for $16,554 plus $14,166 worth of scalps, meaning they walked away with a combined prize worth more than second-placed “CocaineKiller” did.
Shout-out to sixth-place finisher “JailWallet” who managed to win $7,021 from the bounty prize pool before busting out.
