The partypoker LIVE tour, including the massive MILLIONS events, continue to award gigantic prizes to those players lucky and skilful enough to take one down and get their hands on the winner’s trophy. We have paid out tens of millions of dollars since the tour’s creation and much more is set to be won over the coming months and years.

Some players have enjoyed more success at the partypoker LIVE tables than others. The top five money earners have accumulated a combined $15,262,466 from our events, which is absolutely staggering. Here are those five biggest partypoker LIVE winners.

Steffan Sontheimer: $4,046,128

Steffan Sontheimer is the biggest winner on the partypoker live tour

Steffan Sontheimer

German star Steffan Sontheimer is a regular in the Super High Roller events around the world. It was at one of our partypoker LIVE events that Sontheimer banked a career-best prize.

The German headed to The Bahamas in November 2018 and bought into the $250,000 No Limit Hold’em Super High Roller. A total of 34 entries created an $8,235,000 prize pool and Sontheimer locked up the lion’s share. Four players received prize money for their effort but Sontheimer grabbed the most, a cool $3,685,000. Throw into the mix his other scores and his partypoker LIVE winnings stand at $4,046,128.

Sean Winter: $3,143,365

Sean Winter

Sean Winter hails from Jacksonville, Florida and almost all his $3,143,365 partypoker LIVE winnings came in two events. Winter finished as runner-up to Sontheimer in the 2018 Caribbean Poker Party $250,000 Super High Roller. It was a result that added $2,430,000 to his lifetime winnings. Winter also finished second in a $50,000 Super High Roller for a $550,000 haul.

The American also had a deep run in the 2018 MILLIONS Grand Final Main Event where he finished 11th for €100,000. He also reached the final table of the $10,300 MILLIONS High Roller at the 2017 CPP for $40,000.

Stephen Chidwick: $2,799,435

Stephen Chidwick

Stephen Chidwick has won a total of $2,799,435 from partypoker LIVE events. Like Winter, the bulk of his total comes from two events. Chidwick excelled at the MILLIONS Grand Final in 2018. He was the runner-up in the €100,000 Super High Roller for €1,100,000 ($1,352,531) and third in the €10,300 Main Event for €1,000,000 ($1,233,654). Canada’s Pascal Lefrancois won that Main Event for €1,700,000 ($2,097,211).

Sam Greenwood: $2,667,653

Sam Greenwood

Sam Greenwood has supported the partypoker LIVE tour since its inception and has enjoyed some remarkable results. It was at the 2017 Caribbean Poker Party where Greenwood shone the brightest. The Canadian finished third in a $10,300 High Roller, second in a $25,500 Super High Roller and won the $5,300 Main Event. Those cashes weighed in at $1,366,850.

Greenwood also won the €50,000 Super High Roller at the 2018 Grand Final for €1,000,000 ($1,227,792). Incredible!

Steve O’Dwyer: $2,605,885

Steve O’Dwyer

Steve O’Dwyer comes in at fifth on our list with $2,605,885 worth of partypoker LIVE cashes. A couple of small cashes started his partypoker LIVE pile before two victories boosted it. O’Dwyer won two events at the MILLIONS Dusk Till Dawn festival in Nottingham. The first win came in the £25,500 High Roller worth £450,000 ($592,448). Victory number two was worth £314,000 ($407,734) which he collected after winning the £10,300 High Roller.

O’Dwyer also finished second in the $25,500 MILLIONS World event in 2018 in The Bahamas for $1,300,000.

This quintet of stars is going to take some catching in terms of money won. It is possible to close the gap on them because some huge events are in the pipeline. The 2019 Caribbean Poker Party is the next big MILLIONS stop, followed by MILLIONS UK in January. We have also recently announced MILLIONS South America in Uruguay during February!
