You need to keep reading if you have ever browsed the PartyPoker tournament lobby and wished you could play in the Super $530, a high-stakes PKO tournament that runs every Thursday at 19:05 BST and Sunday at 18:05 BST. $530 is outside the constraints of most PartyPoker players’ bankrolls, but that is not an excuse not to play in the Super $530, not with the revamped satellite tree feeding into it.
The new satellites for the Super $530 still start at only $0.01, but the end goal is now a final phase where 10x $530 seats are guaranteed to be won. Each final shuffles up and deals two hours before the Super $530, so at 17:00 BST on Thursday and 16:00 BST on Sunday. There is no direct buy-in into the Super $530 Sat: 10x $530 Gtd [Final Phase], the only way into it is via the $11 buy-in Phase 2 satellites. This means the Super $530 will have players in it that have only invested $11 for a shot at its $40,000 guaranteed prize pool ($50,000 on Sunday).
Super $530 Centrolls costing only $0.01 kick off your route to qualifying for this high-stakes battle. Those centrolls award Super $530 Feeder tickets worth $0.33. Make it through to receive a $2.20 Phase 1 seat, or buy into this phase for only $2.20.
You take your stack $2.20 Phase 1 stack through with you to the $11 buy-in Phase 2, with buying into the $11 Phase 2 directly giving you a 100,000-starting stack. Progress from Phase 2, and you’ll be into the next available Phase Final where the Super $530 seats will be within touching distance.
About the Super $530
The Super $530 runs twice per week at PartyPoker, doing so on Thursday and Sunday evenings at 19:05 BST and 18:05 BST, respectively. Everyone in the Super $530 receives 50,000 starting chips and plays to a 12-minute clock where the blinds start at 250/500/50a.
Late registration remains open until the end of the 12th level, and there is a single re-entry permitted during the late registration period.
Each player you send to the rail is worth at least $125, but the bounty payments are usually worth four figures once you reach the final table.
Team PartyPoker’s Matt Staples not only navigated his way to the final table of the Super 530 on July 4 but went all the way and took it down. Staples walked away with an impressive $15,598 for his victory, with more than $10,500 of that sum stemming from the scalps of his busted opponents. Now imagine banking $15,000, having paid a maximum of $11 to get into the Super $530! Only you can make that happen.
