The $2 million guaranteed Omaha Series Day 5 awarded another $228,855 across 20 PLO and PLO8 events with a large chunk of that money going to members of Team partypoker.

Ryan “RSchoonbaert” Schoonbaert took down the Omaha Series 25-L: $5K Gtd PLO PKO event for almost $1,100 with Travis “DramaticDegen” Darroch securing the Omaha Series 26-M: $10K Gtd PLO title and $2,350.

Sweden’s “Kzzon” walked away with more than $11,000 after coming out on top of the Omaha Series 25-HR: $30K Gtd PLO PKO event on Day 5 of the Omaha Series. The Swede’s impressive prize was made up of $4,166 from the main prize pool and an additional bounty payment of $7,743.
That large bounty payment including the prize on their own head and that on the head of runner-up “KingJamesMVP” of Brazil, who scooped a $4,163 second-place prize and $2,264 worth of bounties.
Earlier at the final table, “isomollekskaa” from Finland busted in sixth-place for a combined prize over over $1,100 before “divanniyVoin” of Russia and the UK’s “CHUFFTY” fell in fifth and fourth-place respectively, the latter banking $2,814 in total.
Germany’s “kirdl” was the penultimate bust out, their third-place finish being worth $2,221 that was boosted with $525 from the bounty prize pool.

Fou players from the United Kingdom reached the six-handed final table of the Omaha Series 26-HR: $30K Gtd PLO event, yet none of them managed to bring home the title of champion.
German grinder “JNandezPoker” exited in sixth-place for $1,372 before all four british players busted on after another. “Gambelo99” fell in fifth-place for $1,982 and was joined by “keith070707” who collected $2,745 for their fourth-place elimination.
Third-place and $3,660 went to “Paul_Folders” which set up a heads-up battle between “stub8ornCnt” and Canada’s “chadi6969”. It was the latter who emerged from the on-on-one encounter unscathed to collect $10,550, resigning the runner-up to a $6,862 consolation prize.

The Omaha Series 27-H: $20K Gtd PLO8 Fast saw 85 players fight it out of a slice of the $20,000 prize pool and it was a Brazilian who got their hands on the lion’s share of the money.
“FAAJTss” found themself heads-up against Germany’s “toabsen” for the title and the $6,256 top prize. PLO8 tournaments often end in a deal due to the nature of the split pot game, but not this time. The Brazilian defeated the Germany to bank to the top prize with the Germany walking away with $3,900 for their $215 buy-in.
Before the heads-up match, Ukraine’s “ladyinlove88” busted in sixth-place for $850 to lock up a four-figure prize for everyone else. “QqJjKk” from Canad got their hands on $1,250 after crashing out in fifth-place before “OttoDixxx” from Russia lost their stack and had to make do with the $1,750 fourth-place prize.
The elimination of “dimamid2010” of the Ukraine was worth $2,400 and this set up the finale that FAAJTss expertly won.
