A four-year partnership has been signed by partypoker LIVE and the World Poker Tour giving poker players more choice of where to play.
Up to seven events, each with guaranteed prize pools of up to €3 million, have been pencilled in to take place across Europe and Canada. The first scheduled event takes place in October 2018 at the Playground Poker Club in Montreal. This festival will be a first for the World Poker Tour as the WPT500, WPTDeepStacks, and the WPT Main Tour come together in a single series that player of all levels can compete in.
Other events to keep an eye out for include a trip to Sochi in February 2019 and to the home of British poker Dusk Till Dawn during April 2019.
Players have the chance to qualify for these World Poker Tour events online at partypoker from as little as a single cent. At least 300 seats will be guaranteed for each WPT Main Tour event that is held in partnership with partypoker LIVE, plus players will be able to take full advantage of the flexible currently PP LIVE Dollars and use these to buy into World Poker Tour events.
