Neil McFayden (NEzyWOut on PartyPoker tables) has just come back from a jet boat ride in St Kilda. “It’s a great way to unwind on my day off,” said the English professional, who has been making a name for himself on the online and live circuits in the past three years.
McFayden, 28, from London has made it to day two at the Aussie Millions after playing Day 1A and sits with 45,000 chips. “I started playing on PartyPoker.com very regularly about a year ago, I prefer the software,” he said.
There’s little doubting McFayden’s recent credentials. He won the Monthly Million in December 2010 and May 2008 and finished 241st for $49k as a PartyPoker.com qualifier in the WSOP Main Event in 2010.
“Things have been going well for me on Party. After qualifying for this Aussie Millions my next aim is to qualify for as many WPT’s as possible. I don’t have a permanent base at the moment and haven’t really decided whether to follow the US or European circuit.”
Neil was originally an accountant with a degree from St Andrews University where he caught the poker bug. “ I love the game I am just lucky I now have the bankroll to play a lot of live events.”
Neil will join the likes of PartyPoker.com pro Bodo Sbrzesny for Day Two.
