Dusk Till Dawn is gearing up to host the 2018 partypokerLIVE UK Poker Championships, a nine-day poker festival in Nottingham, which features a £1,100 buy-in Main Event with a £1 million guaranteed prize pool.
Live Day 1s for the UK Poker Championships Main Event shuffle up and deal on Wednesday 21st February and Thursday 22nd February at Dusk Till Dawn in Nottingham. Anyone progressing to Day 2 will return to the United Kingdom’s largest poker room on Friday 23rd February, with Day 3 and Day 4 commencing on Saturday 24th February and Sunday 25th February.
The buy-in for the Main Event stands at £1,100 and players receive 100,000 chips for that sum and are permitted to purchase a single re-entry on any of the four Day 1s. Blinds on Day 1 are 40-minutes in length with the clock extending to 60-minutes for the remainder of the tournament, except when the event is down to the final two players when the blinds reduce to 30-minutes.
UK Poker Championships Satellites
Satellites for the Main Event are running in the partypoker lobby right now. Start your quest for UK Poker Championships glory by entering the $0.01 buy-in centrolls where there are five $22 seats guaranteed. Use your $22 ticket, or buy in direct, in the UK Poker Championship Semi-Finals that run daily and build yourself a stack for the weekly final.
This weekly final gets underway at 21:00 GMT / 22:00 CET on Sunday and guarantees at least 10 x £1,100 Main Event seats will be won; you can buy into the weekly final for $215 and you will receive 200,000 chips.
There are live satellites at Dusk Till Dawn if you prefer to play poker in a brick and mortar venue. At 14:00 and 19:00 GMT on February 20, there are £110 buy-in satellites with 50 seats to the Main Event guaranteed in each and the same run on February 21, meaning there are 200 seats guaranteed to be won at DTD.
UK Poker Championships Side Events
It wouldn’t be a proper partypokerLIVE stop if there weren’t a selection of side events for you to get stuck into, would it? A £220 Open kicks off the festival and guarantees £200,000 will be won, and another £200,000 is guaranteed during the £5,300 Super High Roller event.
For £550, you get to play in the Warm Up, which again has at least £200,000 in the prize pool, then there is a £200,000 guaranteed £2,200 High Roller and another £200,000 on the line in the £220 Finale.
