POWERFEST returns to partypoker from January 21st through to February 4 and brings with it 147 events with combined guarantees of $15 million. Not only is there a tournament for everyone on the schedule, there are six POWERFEST promotions that will award $300,000 in prizes.
POWERFEST promotions: Satellite leaderboards
There is more than $34,000 in cash to be won during the POWERFEST Satellites promotion. As the name suggests, this promotion revolves around the various satellites into POWERFEST events.
Running until February 4, the POWERFEST Satellites promotion awards you points each time you play in a POWERFEST satellite. Finish in the top five positions in either the Medium or High leaderboard and you’ll win a cash prize ranging from $215 up to $10,500.

POWERFEST promotions: Deposit Prize Draw
More than $26,000 in POWERFEST tickets are set to be won across three prize draws. If you’re planning on playing in any POWERFEST events you are likely to want to reload your partypoker account.
If you make a deposit into your account between January 11th and January 18th, you will be automatically entered into one of three Deposit Prize Draws; the amount you deposit determines which draw you are entered into.
Deposit between $100 and $499 and you could win tickets to every Low POWERFEST event worth ($637). Up your deposit to between $500 and $999 and you could get your hands on tickets to every Medium POWERFEST event worth a cool $6,245. Anyone depositing at least $1,000 is entered into a draw that could see them walk away with $20,000 worth of High POWERFEST events!
The draw takes place on January 19th and the tickets will be awarded on the same day.
POWERFEST promotions: Golden Chip
POWERFEST has three Main Events on the schedule, one for Low, Medium and High buy-in players. The first 100 qualifiers for each of these three Main Events is awarded a Golden Chip. This Golden Chip can be worth up to $15,000 because if you have a Golden Chip and then go on to win the respective Main Event, we will boost your POWERFEST Main Event winnings by the following amounts:
- Low: $5,000
- Medium: $10,000
- High: $15,000
POWERFEST promotions: Missions freerolls
You probably don’t need an excuse to play in several POWERFEST events but we’re giving you one anyway because once you have played in at least five POWERFEST events you’ll be given an entry to a special freeroll.
- Play 5-9 POWERFEST tournaments for a $500 freeroll
- Play 10-14 POWERFEST tournaments for a $1,000 freeroll
- Play 15-19 POWERFEST tournaments for a $2,500 freeroll
- Play 20+ POWERFEST tournaments for a $5,000 freeroll
The Mission Freerolls are scheduled for February 11 and you are required to register for them manually once you have received your ticket. Please note that you can only gain access to one of the freerolls.
POWERFEST promotions: Double Points
The partypoker reward scheme is already very generous as it give you the opportunity to earn up to 40 percent rakeback every week. You will be able to give your cashback a significant boost on specific POWERFEST days because we are giving you double points for POWERFEST tournaments, not including satellites, on the following dates:
- Friday 26th January
- Saturday 27th January
- Friday 2nd February
- Saturday 3rd January
POWERFEST promotions: $170,000 Leaderboards
$170,000 is set aside for the players who excel during POWERFEST. The POWERFEST Leaderboards are split into three categories: Low Events, Medium Events and High Events. These can be easily identified in the partypoker lobby thanks to the events being marked with an [L], [M], or [H].
You earn points each time you play in a POWERFEST event and if you are one of the top 150 points earners when the curtain comes down on the festival, you’ll secure a prize of at least $20 and one up to $10,000!
