These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “Birmingham Weekly Freerolls” promotion. They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The Birmingham Weekly Freerolls (the “Promotion”) is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) from 06.09.2025 (22:00 GMT) to 04.10.2025 (20:00 GMT) (the “Promotional Period”).
2. The Promotional Period will include the following Promotional Weeks:
   • Promotional Week 1: From Saturday 6^th September at 22:00 GMT to Saturday 13^th September at 20:00 GMT.
   • Promotional Week 2: From Saturday 13^th September at 22:00 GMT to Saturday 20^th September at 20:00 GMT.
   • Promotional Week 3: From Saturday 20^th September at 22:00 GMT to Saturday 27^th September at 20:00 GMT.
   • Promotional Week 4: From Saturday 27^th September at 22:00 GMT to Saturday 4^th October at 20:00 GMT.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR BIRMINGHAM WEEKLY FREEROLLS

3. The Promotion is available to customers of partypoker.com (the "Website") who:
   1. have a verified website account;
   2. are over 18 years of age;
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions;
   4. are resident in, and are accessing the Website from, the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland.

   (an “Eligible Player”).

4. Employees of the Promoter (and its affiliate companies), and any family members of employees, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION

5. In order to participate, Eligible Players must deposit of minimum £10 (using bonus code PPTBIRM) during a Promotional Week to receive one ticket to the Birmingham Weekly Freeroll (the “Weekly Freeroll”) taking place at the end of the relevant Promotional Week (see schedule below at term 10).
6. Eligible Players can receive a maximum of 1 ticket per Promotional Week.
7. If Eligible Players withdraw the money deposited to receive the Weekly Freeroll ticket without playing, they will be disqualified from the Promotion.

BIRMINGHAM WEEKLY FREEROLLS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

8. To enter the Weekly Freerolls, Eligible Players must have downloaded the Website’s poker client.
9. There will be a total of 4 Weekly Freerolls with different guaranteed prize pools, as per schedule below:
   • Saturday 13^th September at 20:00 GMT with a guaranteed prize pool of £3,000.
   • Saturday 20^th September at 20:00 GMT with a guaranteed prize pool of £3,000.
   • Saturday 27^th September at 20:00 GMT with a guaranteed prize pool of £3,000.
   • Saturday 4^th October at 20:00 GMT with a guaranteed prize pool of £5,000.

10. Eligible Players who have participated in a Weekly Freeroll and have ended up in a paid position will receive tournaments tickets to Partypoker Tour Path online satellites or tickets to Live Events (seat only) or a PartyPoker Tour Package £1,000.
11. The PartyPoker Tour Package £1,000 will include:
    1. a £500 entry to the Main Event for one of our 5 partypoker Tour stops in 2025; and
    2. £500 for expenses, paid in cash, credited directly to the winner’s PartyPoker account within 48 hours.
12. If an Eligible Player who participates in a Weekly Freeroll manages to eliminate a PartyPoker influencer who is also participating in the Weekly Freeroll, they will receive a $109 “Sunday Party” ticket, which will be credited to their account within 24 hours.
13. PartyPoker influencers participating in a Weekly Freeroll will display a “PartyPoker” icon next to their name. in the participants’ list.

TICKETS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

14. The Weekly Freeroll Tickets must be used to participate in the Weekly Freeroll taking place at the end of the relevant Promotional Week, otherwise they will expire and not be re-issued. Details will be specified on the tickets themselves, which can be found in the "My Tickets" section of the Website account.
15. The Sunday Party ticket will have a value of $109 and can be used to participate for Sunday Party online poker tournament, that will take place every Sunday at 20:05 CEST.
16. Tickets must be used before the expiry date indicated on “MY TICKETS” section, otherwise they will expire and not be re-issued.
17. Both the Weekly Freeroll tickets and the Sunday Party tickets are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other ticket.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

18. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to a qualifying player and their website account (the “Promoter”).
19. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the player's ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits, or prizes.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
