Terms and Conditions

BEFORE ENTERING THIS MICRO-SERIES LEADERBOARD PROMOTION IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN CLAIMING THIS PROMOTION. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE RESTRICTIONS SUMMARISED BELOW.

The following Promotional Terms & Conditions will apply to this Micro-Series Leaderboard Promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The Promotion will run from 24^th March until 8^th April 2024 when the final Micro-Series Tournament ends (the "Promotional Period").

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. The Promotion is available to customers of www.partypoker.com (the "Website") who:
3. are over 18+over 19+for Canada;
4. have made a minimum of one deposit in their Website account; and
5. are able to see the Promotion in their Website account during the Promotional Period.

3. This Promotion is not available to players resident in Sweden, Denmark, Austria, , Mexico and Perú.
4. Eligible Players cannot enter the Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO CLAIM THIS PROMOTION

5. In order to participate, Eligible Players should opt in to the leaderboard in the “Offers“ section of their account.
6. Opted in Eligible Players will start accumulating points if they finish in a paid position in any Micro-Series Event excluding satellites and feeder tournaments.
7. The qualifying tournaments for the leaderboard will start with the name as below:

8. Leaderboard points will be calculated using the following formula: 10 * [√n/√rank].

             n = number of Eligible Players in the qualifying tournament.

             rank = the final position in the qualifying tournament.

9. Eligible Players can view their position by clicking the “Promotions” tab in the software, or on the promotional page.
10. The top 500 Eligible Players on the leaderboard will win entry tickets for the upcoming MILLIONS Online tournament series as shown :

11. The total prizes of this leaderboard are $10,000 worth of tickets for Millions Online Series
12. Dates for Millions Online Series will be announced in due course

MILLIONS ONLINE SERIES TICKET SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

13. The Ticket can only be used on one of the Millions Online Series Tournaments, the MTTs displayed in the “My Tickets” section of the Website account. The “My Tickets” section can be accessed at the bottom right of the poker lobby.
14. Tickets will be credited to the winning players accounts within 48 hours of the completion of the final leaderboard
15. Once credited, the Ticket will allow the Eligible Player to participate in one of the selected MTTs before the expiry date shown in the “My Tickets” section.
16. The Tickets may appear as invalid if viewed before the Millions Online Series tournaments are displayed in the poker client, as tickets are only valid for this tournament series
17. Once a Ticket has expired, it can no longer be used and will be removed from the Website account.
18. Tickets are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

19. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to a qualifying player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
20. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the player's ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
21. 21 In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
22. Employees of the Promoter (and its affiliate companies), and any family members of employees, are not eligible to receive this Poker Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
