The following Promotional Terms & Conditions will apply to this Mystery Eggs promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

1. The Promotion will run from 25^th March until 6^th April 2024 at 23:59 GMT/BST (the "Promotional Period").

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION 

2. The Promotion is available to customers of www.partypoker.com (the "Website") who: 
   1. are over 18 years old (or over 19 years old for Canada); 
   2. have made a minimum of one deposit in their Website account; and
   3. be able to see the Promotion in their Website account during the Promotional Period.

HOW TO CLAIM THIS PROMOTION

4. In order to participate, Eligible Players should access the ‘Offers’ section, choose and crack one Mystery Egg to win a prize.
5. Eligible Players are entitled to one (1) Mystery Egg crack per day(00:00 – 23:59 GMT/BST) during the Promotional Period.

6. When cracking one of the Mystery Eggs, Eligible Players can win one of the following prizes:
   • Micro Series ticket worth $0.11.
   • Micro Series ticket worth $0.22
   • Micro Series ticket worth $0.33
   • Micro Series ticket worth $0.55
   • Micro Series ticket worth $1.10
   • Micro Series ticket worth $2.20
   • Micro Series ticket worth $5.50

MICRO SERIES TICKET SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

7. The Ticket can only be used on one of the Micro Series Tournaments, the MTTs displayed in the “My Tickets” section of the Website account. The “My Tickets” section can be accessed at the bottom right of the poker lobby.
8. Once credited, the Ticket will allow the Eligible Player to participate in one of the selected MTTs before the expiry date shown in the “My Tickets” section.
9. Once a Ticket has expired, it can no longer be used and will be removed from the Website account.
10. Tickets are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS  

11. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to a qualifying player and their Website account (the “Promoter”). 
12. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the player's ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
