5. This promotion (the “Promotion”) is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) and is valid from 18:00 the day before till race off (13:30) each day of the Cheltenham Festival (the ''Promotional Period'').
6. In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player must place Eligible Bets (as defined below) during the Promotional Period.

8. Bets must be a minimum odds of 2.0 (EVS);
9. Only pre-event bets will count toward this promotion;

11. Duplicate and void bets will not count;
12. Cancelled bets and systems do not count towards this offer;
13. Cash out bets do not count towards this offer;
14. System bets do not count towards this offer;
15. Bets placed using free bets will not count towards this offer;
16. Minimum number of runners required: 11 runners or more for Money Back 2nd or 3rd - 10 runners or less for money back 2nd.

Free Bet Terms and Conditions

17. The Free Bet will be issued into the player's account in accordance with these terms and conditions and the promotion ''Mechanics'' section of the player's account.
18. To claim the Free Bet, players must log in to their account.
19. The Free Bet will be found above the bet slip, and in the ‘Offers’ section.
20. The Free Bet will expire after 7 days from issue.
21. If a player places a wager using their Free Bet and wins the wager, the winnings from the wager will be credited to the player's account as normal.
22. The Free Bet will expire after 7 days from issue and can only be used on Horse Racing.
23. If you have more than one Free bet, the Free bets will be activated one after another.

Best Odds Guaranteed Terms and Conditions

25. To claim this Promotion, place a real money win or each way single or multiple bet on UK or Irish Horse Racing from 08:00 on the day of the event ("Qualifying Bet"). If the Qualifying bet wins and the starting price (SP) is greater than the original price taken, the Qualifying bet will be settled at the bigger odds.
26. It only applies to UK and Irish racing. If offered on International Racing this will be clearly displayed on individual markets and will apply against the UK Industry Starting Price.
27. It only applies to Race Winner, Each Way and Multiple Betting (Combination and System bets).
28. It does not apply to other bet types such as Antepost, Forecast, Tricast betting, enhanced accumulators, specials or Price Boosts.
29. In the event of a Rule 4, we pay you at the bigger odds, after the Rule 4 deduction has been applied.
30. No bets placed after the official off time will count towards this Promotion.
31. A bet will not be considered a Qualifying Bet for the purposes of this Promotion if for any reason it becomes void.
32. Any bets that you decide to "cash out" will not be a Qualifying Bet.
33. Offer is capped at £/€20k per customer per day.

34. This promotion (the “Promotion”) is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) and is valid from 09:00 on 13/03/23 to 23:59 on 19/03/23 (the ''Promotional Period'').
35. In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player must place Eligible Bets (as defined below) during the Promotional Period.

48. Winners of the Prize Draw will be contacted via Inbox/Email or Push and their accounts credited within 48 hours of the draw taking place.
49. The prize draw will take place on 20/03/23 by 17:00 using a random number generator.

General

50. The Promoter may place restrictions on players’ account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
51. In the case of any suspicious, abusive, inappropriate or fraudulent game play/behaviour, the promoter reserves the right to exclude players from this promotion in accordance with the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
52. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the promotion pending further investigation.
53. The Promoter reserves the right to change and/or end any promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
54. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, tickets or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (acting reasonably) to cancel the promotion and/or correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from a such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
