The World Cup and Poker Come Together With the Pokerinho Cup

World Cup fever has taken over the world, including here at partypoker HQ where we have created a fantastic promotion for you to get your teeth into called the Pokerinho Cup.

The Pokerinho Cup gives you the chance to continue the excitement from World Cup matches through to the virtual felt in a series of special perfectly-times tournaments. Each of the Pokerinho Cup tournaments take place shortly after a World Cup match finishes, with 15 minutes of late registration to allow for any injury time.

This means there are 24 tournaments to play during the Group Stage, each costing a mere $1 to enter and the top 100 players from each tournament progressing to the round of 16.

The Round of 16 has a ticket only option – awarded from finishing in the top 100 of the Group Stage tournaments – and a $5 second chance offering. Progress from the Round of 16 and a place in the Quarter Finals is yours and you’ll be getting close to some amazing prizes.

Naturally, after the Quarter Finals are the Semi Finals and if you fold, bet and bluff your way through this stage you will bank a seat in the ticket-only Pokerinho Cup Final where everyone wins a prize!

The final is restricted to 56 players and all 56 are guaranteed a prize. These prizes range from $25 worth of tournament dollars plus a $10 bonus, all the way up to a brand new state-of-the art Sony VAIO laptop plus a $200 ticket to the weekly $200k Guaranteed Sunday and a $100 bonus thrown in for good measure.
