Sam Trickett has all but closed the gap between himself and Dan Shak and is now up to 1,164,000 chips.
Trickett has really taken control of this one-one-one encounter and if this current trend continues there is only going to be one outcome, a Trickett victory. But do not get us wrong, this is far from over because high roller Dan Shak is more than capable of making some moves and halting his current slide.
Phil Hellmuth just commented that Trickett is going to have to extract more value from his hands against Shak, but it appears Trickett has a game plan and is willing to stick to it; it is working after all.
