I’ve never really been someone who has been overly active on social media, but having recently opened a Twitter account and ran some polls, I believe it is a great tool to gather feedback from you, the players. We can use this feedback to build partypoker into the site shaped by the players.
To do this effectively, however, we need a larger sample size to base the feedback on. Ideally, to paint a more accurate picture, this figure would be 100,000 or more followers.
Having learned getting to 100,000 followers could take some time, I’m speeding up the process by pledging to personally donate $100,000 to the Raising for Effective Giving (REG) charity once my Twitter account reaches 100,000 followers.

Raising for Effective Giving, or REG, as it is abbreviated to, was founded in July 2014 to help reduce suffering in the developing world. REG donates to and recommends charities based on their cost-effectiveness.
REG was co-founded by four prominent poker players. partypoker pro Philipp Gruissem, Liv Boeree, Igor Kurganov, and Stefan Huber. The charity has several top poker players as ambassadors who pledge to donate two-percent of their winnings to charities selected by REG.
