When we last ran the GPPT Online Leg back in June, it featured a $400,000 guaranteed prize pool. A staggering 3,892 players competed over several flights, and they were all outlasted by Ian “Simpioni” Simpson, who banked a cool $51,891 for his $109 buy-in.
This time around, despite the $400,000 tournament overlaying, we’re adding another $100,000 to the guarantee, giving you, our loyal players, the chance to win a potentially life-changing sum of money for as little as a $0.01 investment.
Day 1s kick off at 12:00 EST (18:00 CET) on Sunday 31 July and run through to Monday 5 September, giving you the ultimate in flexibility, and dozens of chances, to progress to the final day’s play at 16:15 EST (22:15 CET) on Monday 5 September.
You can play as many Day 1s as you wish, but only your largest stack is taken through to the final day’s play. All Day 1s cost $109 to enter, are freezeouts, and see you play for 16 levels. Survive until the end of Level 16 and you’re through to the final. Don’t like your stack size? Play another Day 1 and see if you can better your previous total.
If you don’t fancy playing your way to the final, you can buy in directly on September 5 for $665+$35 and receive 200,000 chips.

It is possible to qualify for the $500,000 guaranteed Online Grand Prix for as little as a cent. Yes, one cent.
Centrolls run every 30-minutes and award $5.50 tickets. These $5.50 buy-in satellites then run hourly and award $22 tickets, which are used for the hourly (from 1800-22:00 CET) Online Grand Prix Satellites that award the $109 GPPT Online Day 1 tickets.
