Day 6 of the $2.7 million Monster Series saw another 15 champions crowned and another $283,364 in prize money paid out despite the tournaments’ buy-ins ranging between $0.44 and a still affordable $33.
The sixth day of the Monster Series saw all tournaments switch to Progressive Knockout (PKO) formats on eight-handed tables. There were big bounties being claimed and even bigger cash prizes enjoyed by those lucky and skillful enough to go deep in these events.

“eGhosT_” walked away with $4,195 for theit $22 investment thanks to coming out on top of a 1,404-strong field in the Monster #26-High: $25K Gtd PKO event. The prize pool weighed in at $28,080 and this was shared among the top 184 finishers.
Everyone at the final table was guaranteed at least $169 in prize money, but all of the players had sent at least one opponent to the sidelines so had a bounty on their heads. In tournament poker, however, there can only be one winner and that winner was “eGhosT_” who collected $2,377 for their victory plus an additional $1,818 in bounty payments.

Another big winner was “Pro4on” who topped a field of 2,007 entries in the Monster #27-High: $50K Gtd PKO. “Pro4on” found themselves heads-up against “TiltWish” and with the cash still available to be won being so substantial, the pair struck a deal to split the remaining prize pool.
Pro4on banked $3,832 and $1,980 in bounty payments, while TiltWish secured a $3,392 payout and $1,413 in bounties.

The biggest prizes on Day 6 of Monster Series were reserved for the Monster #28-High: $100K Gtd, which saw 2,569 players buy in for $33.
The eight finalists locked up $626 for their initial investment, plus whatever they could collect for busting opponents during the tournament. The player known as “Latjo10” was the last player standing and their reward was quite the prize: a cool $9,935 in prize money and an additional $3,336 from eliminating opponents along the way.
