The most revolutionary feature of this update is you play in portrait mode, making it super-easy to fire up your favourite MTTs on a mobile phone and play them one-handed. There’s no more having to turn your device into landscape mode and use both hands to battle it out at the virtual felt.
Playing in portrait mode is more natural for the vast majority of mobile phone users; when was the last time you flipped your phone onto its side? This orientation makes it possible to control all your action with your thumb, whether that being tapping a bet, increasing your bet sizes with a slide of your thumb, or swiping between up to four tables.
You’ll find an updated lobby once you download the new Android or iOS app, one that’s much easier to navigate through and find your favourite MTTs.
The refreshed app brings gamification features to MTT players. Earn our innovative in-game currency, “Diamonds”, by playing real money poker. Spend them on in-game benefits including throwing a variety of animations at your opponents, which makes it possible to interact with your fellow partypoker players and express yourself at the tables.
Diamonds can also be used for the exciting “Rabbit Hunt” feature. Trigger the Rabbit Hunt and discover which cards would have been dealt next, meaning you’ll never need to wonder if you would have hit your flush on the river ever again!
