The 2020 Caribbean Poker Party Online continued on November 17 with the massive $25,500 Super High Roller event. We stuck a $2 million guarantee on its prize pool and 84 entrants meant a pot of $2,100,000 was created.

Those 84 hopefuls were reduced to the final table of seven, each of them in the money. Adrian Mateos leads a host of stars, including Team partypoker’s Isaac Haxton and Sam Trickett.

Mateos returns to the action at 19:05 GMT on November 18 knowing he’s only six eliminations away from securing a $585,175 prize. He is one of two returning players armed with more than 20 million chips.

The United Kingdom-based Spaniard has 24.250.438 chips in his stack, nudging him ahead of Pascal Lefrancois (21,185,184) in second place.

Third place at the restart belongs to Isaac Haxton (15,718,845) with Mateos’ fellow countryman Sergi Reixach occupying fourth spot (9,492,570).

Austrian Claas Stoob (5,622,968) has the chance to make a name for himself when play resumes. Daniel Colpoys (5,502,951) and our very own Sam Trickett (2,209,044) make up the rest of the final table.

Each of the returning players is guaranteed $84,837 for their efforts after the money bubble burst during Day 1 proceedings.

Darren Elias is used to winning tournaments not bubbling them but he did the latter in this prestigious event.

Joao Vieira and Vyacheslav Buldygin collected $57,533 with Luke Reeves and super high roller specialist Timothy Adams banking $65,314. Both Niklas Astedt and Elio Fox netted $73,575.

Mets then brushed aside Samy Ouellani heads-up to lock up the tournament’s largest prize. The Dutch runner-up still had $18,592 reasons to be cheerful.

What’s On The Schedule on November 18?
