The tournament’s runner-up was “pyaneamtu” who put up a valiant fight but ultimately fell at the final hurdle. This second-place finish was worth a total of $12,316 when the bounties were taking into account, a superb return on a $530 investment.
KO Series #33-HR: $100K Gtd 6-Max Smooth

The KO Series #33-HR: $100K Gtd 6-Max Smooth event commanded a $1,050 buy-in but that didn’t stop 99 players heading to the partypoker tables. This field meant the $100,000 guarantee was beaten by $980, with the prize pool divided up among the top 12 finishers.

What lies in store on Day 8 of the KO Series?
Another 29 KO Series events shuffle up between 16:00 CET and 00:00 CET on Friday 8th June with total combined guarantees worth $2,474,500 to play for. There’s a nice blend of eight-handed and six-handed events with standard and smooth blind structures and buy-ins range from only $0.55 up to $1,050.
