World Poker Tour National Dublin champion Simon Deadman will not be adding the WPT National London title to his impressive poker CV a he has just busted out over on Table 1.
David L’Honore opened from late position and Deadman was next to act. Deadman three-bet only to see L’Honore shove on to put the maximum pressure on Deadman.
“I just don’t feel like you have a strong hand,” said Deadman before calling for his tournament life.
Unfortunately for Deadman his read was wrong because L’Honore was very strong indeed; he had been dealt . Deadman could only muster [5x][5x].
“That’s terrible,” said Deadman as the dealer got busy putting out the five community cards. They read and Deadman’s tournament came to an abrupt end.
