Brazil has itself another MILLIONS Online champion. Dante Fernandes took down the $3,200 buy-in Omaha High Roller only a couple of days after Yuri Dzivielevski triumphed in the $10,300 6-Max High Roller.

MILLIONS Online #06 Omaha High Roller Final Table Results

Place Player Country Prize
1 Dante Fernandes Brazil $61,025
2 Aku Joentausta Finland $38,635
3 Andras Nemeth Hungary $26,397
4 Yuri Dzivielevski Brazil $18,671
5 Samuli Sipila Finland $13,726
6 Jens Kyllonen Finland $10,728
7 Gavin Cochrane United Kingdom $8,847

Seventy-three entrants created a $219,000 prize pool in the Omaha High Roller, some $69,000 more than the advertised guarantee. The top 13 finishers each received a slice of this pie, so spare a thought for Netherlands’ Marcus Dieleman who popped that all-important money bubble when he busted in 14th place.

Martin Mulsow was the first star to cash in this event. Jesper Nordkvist, Bujtas Laszlo, and Breixo Gonzalez Pena followed Mulsow to the sidelines.

Wojciech Mazurkiewicz saw his tournament end in ninth place before PLO specialist Andreas Torgersen, arguably one of the best Omaha players to have played the game – does the name Skjervoy ring any bells? – fell in eighth to set the final table.

Former WPTWOC Champion Bows Out

British PLO grinder Gavin Cochrane crashed out in seventh and won the tournament’s last four-figure sum. Cochrane loves the big festival events at partypoker having won a WPTWOC 8-Max Championship in August 2020 for $540,664.

Sixth-place and $10,728 went to the first of three Finnish players to reach the final table. Jens Kyllonen, better known to some of you as the legendary “Jeans89”, couldn’t quite get the job done this time around.

Kyllonen’s fellow Finn Samuli Sipila had to make do with a fifth-place finish worth $13,726 this time around, while Yuri Dzivielevski busted in fourth, and collected $18,671 as a result.

Kristen Bicknell Wants To Give You a $5,300 MILLIONS Online Main Event Seat

Heads-up was set with Andras Nemeth bowed out in third, a result that saw $26,397 head to the Hungarian’s partypoker account.

Fernandes and Finland’s Aku Joentausta battled one-on-one for the title and a $22,390 difference in payouts. They didn’t make a deal despite that large pay jump, which meant Joentausta collected $38,635 when Fernandes defeated in the final clashes of this event.

Victory saw Fernandes bank $61,025, and give himself plenty of ammunition for the rest of the MILLIONS Online series.

Fernandes Reaches Another Final Table

Fernandes’ day got even better because he navigated his way to a third-place finish in the $1,050 Omaha Turbo Knockout side event. With bounties includes, Fernandes won an additional $8,429. Christos Argyriadis won this event for $26,241 after sending Maximilian Lehmanski ($16,045) to the showers in second place.
