Bosnia and Herzegovina’s “Mr.Master98” took down the $1,050 buy-in KO Series #39-HR: $300K Gtd Mix-Max event for more than $50,000.
The Bosnian topped a field of 290 to get their hands on $24,630 from the main prize pool plus $23,597 from the bounty prize pool and, of course, bragging rights that there were now a KO Series champion.
Team partypoker’s Fedor Holz burst the final table bubble, finishing in seventh place, before Lithuania’s “Barsukeenf” crashed out in sixth place for more than $10,000. The Lithuanian was joined on the rail by “L_Segovia” of the Netherlands and Russia’s “justkot” before “Dork Pork” busted in third place from their home in the United Kingdom.
Heads-up saw Mr.Master98 take on “dealD2toU” of Finland and it was a battle they emerged victorious from, resigning the runner-up to $24,600 plus a bounty payment of $12,644.

Team partypoker’s Joao “joaosimaobh” Simao reached the final table of the $320 buy-in KO Series #39-H: $200K Gtd Mix-Max event but, unfortunately for him, he couldn’t quite finish the job.
The Brazilian sensation had to make do with a sixth place finish that was worth $4,069 from the main prize pool; Simao also banked $6,738 worth of bounties along the way.
Following Simao to the sidelines was “milksqueezer” of the UK whose fifth place finish won them more than $$8,700 and they were joined in the role of spectator first by “DasROHR” of Germany and then by Malta’s “DrunkSpewer”, the latter having taking down a KO Series event earlier in the festival.
This set up a heads-up clash between “Ebaaa11” of Russia and Simao’s fellow Brazilian “Thorfie” and it was the latter who emerged victorious to lock up their second title of the series plus a combined prize worth more than $35,000.
