The weekend is now here and today is expected to be an even busier day than yesterday, which was pretty busy itself by all accounts. Speaking of yesterday, Friday’s action included the last two starting days of the MILLIONS, the conclusion of the Dublin Cup, a €1k one day Omaha and the start of the Grand Prix! Lots to choose from for players and although most tournaments started with quite small fields, by the end of late registration, each event had respectable numbers and there was definitely a good vibe in the venue.
We’ll bring you the results of the events that concluded yesterday and an update on the MILLIONS main event in separate blog posts later today, but for now, here’s a look at the order of play for the day.
The day kicks off with the second of three starting days for the €100,000 guaranteed Grand Prix event. 57 players contested the first starting day yesterday, with nine players making it to day 2. Christopher Logue ended the day as the chip leader, with a 362,000 stack.
