Packed satellite schedule complements 437-strong series with $350k in value-added seats
partypoker’s online “KO Series” makes its return from 3-17 February 2019, promising over $15m in guaranteed prize money across 437 separate tournaments.
The poker site has boosted overall guarantees by 33% on the previous edition held in November 2018, while the latest series features an additional 253 tournaments on offer.
All events fall under one of six buy-in tiers from “Micro” to “Super High Roller” with buy-ins ranging from $2.20 to $3,150, accommodating all poker bankrolls.
The final day sees the series highlight – a $530 buy-in High Roller guaranteeing $500,000 in prize money that gets underway at 18:00 GMT on February 17.
As with every KO Series, the full festival follows the increasingly popular “Progressive Knockout” (PKO) game format, where each player begins with a fixed bounty on their head.
Unlike many of its competitors, partypoker’s decision to scrap the rake on the bounty element means even more value for players in PKO events.
The full schedule offers a range of popular game formats to satisfy all tastes, including “Normal”, “Mix-Max”, “PLO”, “6-Max” and “8-Max”.
