The first big buy-in KO Series event of Day 2 saw 209 players exchange $530 for the chance to become a KO Series champion. Twenty-four places were paid so spare a though for Team partypoker’s Roberto “WelshWizard” Romanello who bust in 29th place and therefore just outside the money places.
Louise “lou045” Butler did make it into the money, finishing in 22nd place for $665.
Walking away with the title was “geileap” who struck a deal with “Spacey1891” heads-up before going on to win. Geileap won $11,020 and an additional $7,523 in bounty payments.

The $109 buy-in high edition of KO Series Event 8 saw a bumper field of 1,005 players take to the partypoker tables and create a $100,500 prize pool. Roberto “WelshWizard” Romanello made it into the money places and won $190 (including bounties).
Everyone at the final table locked up at least $1,288 in prize money and with the bounties growing all the time, some huge prizes were on offer. Just as eventual winner “Fedex18” who claimed 12 bounties for $5,789, a nice addition to the $8,417 he won for being the last player standing.

Both Roberto Romanello and Louise Butler flew the partypoker flag and made it into the money places of the $50,000 Gtd 6-Max Fast event, although the player of the hour was “chrtinho77” who not only won the tournament for $5,402 but almost doubled his winnings by getting his hands on $4,513 worth of bounties!
