  1. The following Promotional Terms & Conditions will apply to The Big Quarter promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

  1. The Big Quarter is available for qualification to Eligible Players from 4th Febr until 5th May 2024.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

  1. The Promotion is available to customers of partypoker.com (the "Website") who:
    1. have a verified Website account;
    2. are over 18 years old or are over 19 years old in Canada;
    3. have downloaded our poker client; and

(an “Eligible Player”)

  1. Eligible Players cannot enter the Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO QUALIFY

  1. This is a multi-day tournament which spans over 90 days not a tournament series.
  2. Day 1s will run on Wednesday or Sunday at 21:00 CEST with the Day 2 on Sunday 5thMay at 21:00 CEST.
  3. $11 buy in, $200,000 Gtd.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

  1. The tournaments, (the “Poker Tournaments”) have a fixed buy-in of $11. This buy-in can be covered using the following methods:
    1. Cash
    2. Poker Dollars (“P$”)
    3. Tournament Tickets
  2. The total cumulative value of the prize pool for the Poker Tournaments will be $200K. Prizes for this event will be paid in cash. 
  3. All Cash Prizes will appear in USD (US Dollar). The winners will be paid their share of the prize according to the currency of their account, in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Promoter bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.
  4. Full details of the Poker Tournaments will be provided in the Tournament lobby before the Eligible Player enters the Tournament.
  5. All Poker Tournaments will have qualifying events (the “Satellites”).
  6. Some Poker Tournaments may allow Eligible Players re-entry upon elimination. More information on re-entry will be provided in the tournament lobby.

POKER DOLLARS (P$) SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

  1. Poker Dollars:
    1. allow entry into any poker game (except “heads-up” games).
    2. do not have an expiry date.
    3. cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
    4. are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

TOURNAMENT TICKETS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

  1. All tickets are non-transferrable.
  2. The tournaments will be structured into “Satellites.” If the eligible player qualifies in the Satellites this will allow access to a target event, then it is the eligible player responsibility to guarantee that the target event meets the eligible player schedule.

PROMOTIONAL TOURNAMENT TICKETS

  1. Promotional Tickets must be used as advised on the same tickets and there is no cash alternative offered in any case where promotional tickets remain unused.
  2. Where Promotional Ticket accumulation results in a player holding an excess of tickets at the end of a specific target event only one of those tickets will be converted into a regular ticket for any poker event matching the ticket value.

CASH PRIZES SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

  1. Cash prizes will be credited to the winners’ accounts once the tournament is over.
  2. Cash prizes will be withdrawable from the moment they are credited onto the Eligible Player’s account.
  3. Cash prizes do not have an expiry date.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

  1. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
  2. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
  3. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from their offers or promotions under the General Terms & Conditions.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
