NFT Giveaway

The promoter of the partypoker NFT Giveaway is Entain, a company registered in Gibraltar with company number 112454 and whose registered office is situated at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA (“Promoter”).

General

  • Our General Terms and Conditions shall apply to player’s use of the Website, including this promotion. These can be found HERE
  • We may place restrictions on your account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. We will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
  • In the case of any suspicious, abusive, inappropriate or fraudulent game play/behaviour, we reserve the right to exclude players from this promotion in accordance with our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
  • Where we suspect that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the promotion pending further investigation.
  • In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, tickets or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this promotion, we reserve the right (acting reasonably) to cancel the promotion and/or correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
  • We reserve the right (acting reasonably) to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.

  • These terms and conditions are in addition to, and subject to, our and Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions.
  • A collection of 52 ‘Party Apes’ Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) will be available for players to win. The collection will consist of a full deck of cards, each NFT consisting of a unique ape and playing card.
    • 48 NFTs will drop to tournament participants / winners or social media giveaway winners throughout the Millions Online Series, scheduled to run from the 1st-27th September.
    • 4 NFTs will be available to be won by the initial 48 winners at a later date.
  • The process of awarding winners their partypoker NFT will be for the player to send us, on request, their wallet address and contact details. The NFT will be sent to their wallet within 2 weeks of the end of the Millions Online series (27th September).
  • The 48 winners either via tournament participation / win or social media will be contacted about the ‘NFT Winners’ tournament beforehand.
  • NFT winners through social media must have a www.partypoker.com account.
  • The award of the NFTs to be given away is subject to our sole discretion and to any restrictions contained on www.partypoker.com. We have the sole right to interpret and apply any such terms and conditions and restrictions.
  • Any failure to follow the terms and conditions referred to herein and/or our Terms and Conditions of Use or Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions, any abuse or any conduct detrimental to the interests of the Promoter or its affiliated companies may result in us refusing to award the prize.
  • We reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate the NFT Giveaway
  • All winners of the 48 NFTs given away throughout the Millions Online Series or through Social Media giveaways will be restricted to one NFT. Only the 4 winners of our exclusive freeroll will be awarded a second NFT.
  • We may amend these terms and conditions at any time either by emailing you a notification of the new terms and/or by publishing the modified terms and conditions on www.partypoker.com.
  • By taking part in this Promotion, you agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions
