Is there a poker player in better form than Viktor Blom anywhere in the world? We don’t think so. The talented Swede took down his third Super High Roller Bowl event on May 30, taking his earnings for the series to an incredible $1,527,000!
SHRB #21 – High Roller: $500K Gtd [8-Max, 2-Day Event]
Blom’s latest triumph came in a $10,300 8-Max event that saw 55 players take to the partypoker virtual felt. Only the final seven players received a slice of the $550,000 pie and it was Blom who secured the lion’s share.
The Swede, better-known as “Isildur1”, found himself heads-up against Team partypoker’s Isaac Haxton. Haxton is a formidable opponent but Blom fears nobody and he managed to get the job done yet again. Blom’s latest victory netted him $195,250 with Haxton collecting $130,625.
Earlier at the final table, Ali Imsirovic fell in seventh and Jake Schindler helped himself to the $27,500 sixth-place prize. Super High Roller Bowl regular Timothy Adams crashed out in fifth and Team partypoker’s Mikita Badziakouski ran out of steam in fourth place, a finish worth $53,625.
Third-place and $83,875 went to Steve O’Dwyer before Blom banked yet another title.

Amazingly, Blom is deep in the SHRB #22 – High Roller: $500K Gtd 6-Max! Only eight players remain and Blom returns to the action fifth in chips. He’s got some work t do if he wants his fourth title, but if anyone can do this it is Blom.
Team partypoker in the Hunt For Titles
Three tournaments have reached Day 2 and there’s every chance members of Team partypoker will become a SHRB champion.
Mikita Badziakouski returns in the same 6-Max event Blom is deep in. He’s also in the final four of the $25,500 Super High Roller along with Isaac Haxton. Haxton is also the chip leader in a $10,300 6-Max event where only eight players remain. Kristen Bicknell is also deep in that tournament!
