• Promotion Period: This promotion is valid for 24hrs, commencing from the time the tweet advertising the Promotion (the “Tweet”) is posted online. • Entry: To enter, players must retweet the Tweet from their own twitter account, and “follow” @partypoker;
Prize: Two tickets to the partypokerWGP Darts Championship Friday11th October, or Saturday October 12th or Sunday 13th October in Dublin, Ireland. The prize only includes the tickets to the event and thus for this promotion we must point out that no travel, spending or accommodation costs are or will be included.
• Prize Draw:
o Entrants who retweet the Tweet and follow @partypoker in the valid period will be placed in a draw to win the Prize and a winner shall be drawn at random. The first names drawn will win the Prize (the “Winner”).
o The draw will take place 24hrs hours from the time the Tweet was posted on PartyPoker’s Twitter account and the first name drawn at random will win the Prize.
o The Winner will be contacted by email or via direct message to their Twitter account to notify them that they have won.
• Eligibility: In order to be eligible for entry into the prize draw, players must:
o be over the age of 18;
o be willing to participate in any related publicity campaigns.
• Cancellation: PartyPoker reserves the right to cancel this competition at any time, or to omit players from the prize draw, with or without reason. The use of offensive language in a tweet containing the Tweet will result in that entrant being disqualified from the promotion.
• Publicity: We reserve the right to publish the name and details of the prize won by the player as part of this promotion. PartyPoker reserves the right to publish photos and news stories around the Winner. By entering this competition you hereby agree that PartyPoker shall be entitled to use your tweet, including your @twitter username in any subsequent marketing material connected with PartyPoker’s services.
• Non-transferable: This prize is non-transferable and must not be sold or given away to any third party without the prior written consent of PartyPoker.
