Efforts led by the dedicated poker fraud team
partypoker has released the latest figures in its ongoing war on fraudulent BOT accounts.
The month of October 2019 saw a total of 57 rogue accounts closed across its two main dotcom (50) and European doteu (seven) networks.
The closures led to the seizure of $13,976 from the global dotcom pool, with a further €1,490 confiscated from the site’s ring-fenced doteu license. The poker room can confirm that the full amount has now been redistributed to all affected players.
partypoker encourages players to continue reporting all suspicious activity at its tables, by emailing reports@partypoker.com. partypoker promises to investigate all incidents reported.
The site continues to invest in resources aimed at safeguarding the safety of its players, spearheaded by a specialist Poker Fraud Team comprising a collection of former poker professionals whose duty is to investigate suspicious activity and aid partypoker in ridding the site of unscrupulous accounts.
The site pledges to update players on the account closures made every month.
