Tournament poker is one of the most exciting formats of the game thanks to them making it possible to turn a relatively small buy-in into a much more meaningful prize. Thousands of PartyPoker players pad their bankrolls via multi-table tournaments every week, with many of those poker champions grinding our incredible Daily Legends.
Our Daily Legends have been specially designed to be for everyone. They have limited re-entries so that those with larger bankrolls do not have a significant advantage over “normal” players. Also, late registration does not remain open as long as some of our rivals, and the blind structures are designed in such a way that they allow the Daily Legends to finish at a reasonable time without compromising the average stack size and turning them into a crapshoot.
The Clasico is one of our most popular Daily Legends thanks to it being at the more affordable end of the buy-in scale, as it costs $22 to enter. There are also a whole host of satellites feeding into the Clasico from as little as $0.01! Head to the Clasico in the tournament lobby, and click the “satellites” tab to reveal those satellites.
The Clasico runs seven days per week, and always at 18:30 BST. Monday to Thursday’s tournament has a $6,000 guaranteed prize pool, Friday and Saturday sees a $5,000 guarantee, while the Sunday Clasico boasts an $8,000 guarantee on its prize pool.
Everyone in the Clasico sits down with a 50,000 starting stack and plays to an eight minute clock until a champion is crowned. Those blinds start at 250/500/65a, meaning you have 100 big blinds at your disposal. Should you dust off that starting stack before the conclusion of Level 10, you can purchase one re-entry and take another shot.
Late registration slams shut when Level 10 is done and dusted. Blinds are 1,250/2,500/315a at this stage, so even channelling your inner Phil Hellmuth and turning up late sees you enter the Clasico with a 20 big blind stack.

A Recent Clasico Final Table Results
One of our recent Friday Clasico Daily Legends attracted 256 players, who created a guarantee-busting $5,120 prize pool. The top 47 finishers received a slice of that pie, and the tournament crowned its champion is only five hours, rounding off at 23:29 BST after starting at 18:30 BST. This means even those that reached the final table could be tucked up in bed at a reasonable hour, perfect if they had work or chores to do the following day!
“Orelhuda_cwb” was the Clasico champion on June 23. They took home an impressive $893 for their efforts. Everyone at the final table won at least $11, which isn’t a bad result for less than five hours of fun and excitement!
