After just under two and a half hours of play on the third day of the Irish Poker Festival MILLIONS main event, the final table has been reached. Fifteen players returned today and just nine remain in contention for the €210,000 first prize and the honour of being the very first Irish Poker Festival Champion!

The first players to be eliminated were Conor Bergin (15th)  and Canadian Sebastian Prouix (14th), who each received €8,000 prize money. Ross Coveney (13th) bagged €9,000, while Ankit Ahuja (12th) added €10,000 to his bankroll. Popular Northern Irish player Darren Harbinson with his delightful blue rabbit card protector exited in 11th, cashing for €12,000, while Panagiotios Mavritsakis in 10th just missed a place on the final table, taking home a €15,000 prize as consolation.

Glenn Keogh has extended his lead further, taking a 1m chip lead into the final table, on just under 4m chips, with Thomas MacNamara in second on just under 3m. Richard Kellett from the UK sits in third on just over 2.5m, with Michel Molanaar from the Netherlands in 4th on 1.9m. Liam Chevalier is in 5th and is the last of chip millionaires on 1.3m, while Andrew Hedley (700k), Barry Carson (370k), Padraig O’Neill (245k) and Andy Black (225k) languish in short stack territory.
