Jason Mericer won a huge pot just before the end of the level to climb to the top of the chip counts.

Talal Shakerchi opened to 14,000 with 
and found callers in the shape of Tobias Reinkemeier

. Igor Kurganov squeezed all in for 207,000 with 
and only Reinkemeier called, although Mercier tanked for two minutes before releasing his hand.

, Tobias Reinkemeier flat called with 
, “wow this is all going in,” said Sam Trickett. The commentators weren’t on about the hole cards of those two players, they could see the cards of those still to act. One of those was Jason Mercier, he peaked down at pocket kings and three-bet to 47,000. “This is something like his fifth three-bet in 25 hands,” said Phill Hellmuth. To his immediate left Jennifer Tilly woke up with 
, she moved all-in for 340,000 and when it folded back to Mercier he snap called.
The board ran 
and despite Jennifer Tilly’s shouts for a Barry Greenstein she is now down to just 32,000. If she goes out next there’s a permutation where she could be out of the Premier League. Jason Mercier meanwhile is up to 654,000.
