Day 4 of the $10 million guaranteed KO Series saw another 28 champions crowned and $913,686 of prize money awarded to those finishing in the money places. “snowroll” helped themselves to to more than $22,000 in the KO Series #17-HR: $100K Gtd Smooth event on Day 4 of the KO Series. A field of 196 entrants created a prize pool of $100,450 and snowroll got their hands on the lion’s share.

Each of the eight finalists locked up $1,127 plus the bounties they got their hands on. “Boxfresh_” exited in eighth-place followed by Swedish star “Drulitooo” in seventh.

One by one the players fell by the wayside until only “BuyThaPot” and snowroll remained. snowroll sent BuyThaPot to the rail to win the $9,991 first-place prize plus an impressive $12,136 worth of bounty payments.

Shout-out to Team partypoker’s Adam “IT5PAYDAY” Neal who finished 18th for $612 plus $639 worth of bounties.

There were more big scores in the KO Series #17-H: $100K Gtd Smooth event that saw 952 players take to the partypoker virtual felt, all sharing the same quest: to become a KO Series champion.

Only one player could become a champion, however, and that player was “GreenNaugahyde” who walked away with $8,494 from the main prize pool and $6,020 from the bounty prize pool after being the last player standing. GreenNaugahyde defeated “ParttimeFish” heads-up to claim the title.

KO Series #18-HR: $100K Gtd

Team partypoker’s Roberto “WelshWizard” Romanello, fresh from his impressive Day 3 exploits, reached another final table, namely the KO Series #18-HR: $100K Gtd event.

Some 99 players exchanged $1,050 for the chance to become a KO Series champion and or hero looked like he could take down the tournament. Romanello navigated his way to fourth-place without sending an opponent to the rail so banked $4,331 for his efforts

“OMGj99aWuuut” was the triumphant player after they sent Uruguayan star “DrMiKee” home in second-place.

What lies in store on Day 5 of the KO Series?

Another 28 KO Series events shuffle up between 16:00 CET and 00:00 CET on Thursday 7th June with total combined guarantees worth $931,500 to play for. There’s a nice blend of eight-handed and six-handed events with standard and smooth blind structures and buy-ins range from only $1.10 up to $1,050 and all events are freezeouts so once you’re bust you’re gone for good.

  • KO Series #22-HR: $100K Gtd 6-Max Freezeout costing $530 to enter at 18:00 CET
  • KO Series #23-HR: $200K Gtd 6-Max Smooth Freezeout costing $1,050 to enter at 20:00 CET

The $25,000 Leaderboards are in full swing and it is “NHONHOj6” who is in pole position having bust an incredible 229 opponents in the events they have played. “SoloisticChain”, who has 190 scalps to their name and “RagVoen” are hot on their heels.
