GoGoGod is from Vienna, Austria and he is our latest qualifier to the WPT Vienna. Has has the home field advantage so he must run good! Here is GoGoGod’s story:
I played one qualifier to win the WPT Vienna satellite.
I ran pretty good in the satellite, but I do not remember any big hands. I do just remember when we were on the bubble I got [Ax][Ax], [Kx][Kx], [Kx][Kx] in a row and was able to finish the satellite with that.
I started playing on PartyPoker about 4 years ago actually, when I got the $50 from Pokerstrategy to play with. A friend of mine also plays on PartyPoker and so this was the first site I got.
I like the layout of PartyPoker the best, as the interface is clearly arranged and easy to handle and the software is always up to date with the newest technical releases. It’s a pity that the US players cannot play on PartyPoker….

I’m actually not that excited about going to Vienna, because I am living in Vienna! But I’m really looking forward to participate in the WPT Vienna as I haven’t played in that much big live events (especially not a WPT event) before and hope to get better in playing live tournaments and finally make a big final table one day.
I’m really happy that we get some great poker events, as the WPT, here in Austria again.
I would be pretty happy if I wouldn’t have to play against some great poker players as it just gets harder to win… If it turned out, that I’m seated next to a pro it would probably be Daniel Negreanu or Phil Laak as they are pretty funny at the table and I don’t consider them to be as good as Phil Ivey or Tom Dwan.
