Powerfest returns to partypoker during the first three weeks of May and brings with it a staggering $7,800,000 worth of guaranteed tournaments for you to get your teeth into!
As with the previous Powerfest, this latest incarnation is split into four weight divisions relating to the size of the tournaments’ buy-ins. Featherweight kicks off the $7,800,000 guaranteed Powerfest on May 1 and runs through to May 8. All Featherweight Powerfest events cost between $5.50 and $11 to enter and the week is capped off with an $11 buy-in $50,000 guaranteed Main Event on May 8.
Middleweight tournaments, those costing $22 to $55, feature from May 8-15 and sees at least $840,000 played for over the week, including a $100,000 guaranteed Main Event costing only $55 to buy into.
The third and final week is dominated by the Heavyweight and High Roller tournaments. With buy-ins between $109 and $5,200, this week guarantees at least $6,575,000 will be won, a lofty total helped by the Heavyweight Main Event on May 22, which is a $500,000 guaranteed event, and the $1,050 buy-in High Roller Powerfest Main Event, also on May 22, which has a huge $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool.
