January 15 saw the KO Series continue its march towards a thrilling finale with six more champions crowned and a trio of massive events completing their first starting flights.

One player, in particular, stood out from the from the crowd if only because of their chose of alias. “Bounty” took down a $40,000 guaranteed 6-Max Turbo event, their alias being almost perfect for the choice of tournament they entered!

KO Series 6-Max Turbo: $40K Gtd Final Table Results

Bounty was one of 214 entrants in the $215 KO Series 6-Max Turbo tournament. Those entrants ensured the $40,000 guarantee was first met then surpassed by $2,800. Half that pot went onto the heads of each entrant with the remaining 50% being shared among the top 35 finishers.

One of our own managed to wade through the talented crowd of grinders and bag a seat at the final table. Unfortunately for Hristivoje “All_In_PAV” Pavlovic, our hero could only manage a sixth-place finish worth a combined $1,558.

“ITSBAKINGDAVE” and “memo88” were the next casualties, the latter walking away with more than $3,200 to show for their efforts.

Heads-up was set when “wp-14” ran out of steam in third-place. This saw a $3,508 prize wing its way to the their partypoker account.

Bounty and “ender749” locked horns and butted heads one-on-one for the title of champion and what was now a juicy final bounty payment.
