The partypoker LIVE tour is currently at the King’s Casino in Rozvadov for the Million Germany festival and it was here that partypoker pro Anatoly Filatov turned €2,200 into €42,000 by winning the High Roller event.

A field of 100 players participated in the partypoker LIVE Million Germany High Roller, creating a prize pool of €200,000 as a result. The money was awarded to the top 10 finishers; a min-cash was worth €5,000 and the winner scooped €60,000.
Due to the impressive turnout and the excellent blind structure, the High Roller event saw an unscheduled Day 3 play out. Six players returned for the impromptu third and final day, each guaranteed €12,000 for their efforts.
On Day 2, Lukas Soucek burst the money bubble when Filatov’s held against Soucek’s when the chips went in on a flop reading , then Filatov sent the player known simply as Advokat to the rail in 10th place when his sevens held against Advokat’s queen-ten.
Filatov took a break from busting players to allow Aleksandar Tomovic to eliminate Florian Bach and Robert Prezes before resuming his role as an executioner to send Josef Gulas home in seventh-place.
The six surviving players returned to their seats on Saturday afternoon and they were quickly reduced to five when Boris Kotleba’s lost to the of Kacper Pyzara when the board four flushed with clubs.
Hoa Bui Chi then bust at the hands of Andre Haneberg when the latter turned a deuce with his to beat the of his opponent.
Fourth-place and €18,000 went to Pyzara when his couldn’t get there against Tomovic’s and with all three remaining players almost even in chips, the trio went on a 15-minute break where they agreed to a deal that saw each of them lock up €39,000 and which left €3,000 and the trophy to play for.
Tomovic fell in third place when his was out-kicked by the of Filatov and after an intense heads-up battle that saw the chip lead exchange hands numerous times, Filatov came out on top.
The final hand took place during the 100,000/200,000/30,000a level and aw Haneberg call off his 2.1 million stack with after Filatov had set him all in with . The partypoker sponsored pro caught a ten on the flop of the board to eliminate Haneberg in second place and Filatov had won the fourth major live title of his career.
