KO Series #23-HR: $100K Gtd 8-Max Fast saw its guaranteed smashed by almost 50 percent after 145 players parted company with $1,050 to create a $147,900 prize pool. This high buy-in affair created some juicy bounties that were bigger than other online poker sites as we don’t charge rake on the bounty element of our PKO tournaments.
Some excellent players navigated their way to the eight-handed final table and any of them would have been a worthy champion.
“Tartaruga13” busted in eighth-place and was joined on the rail by the United Kingdom’s “slayerv1fan”, Malta’s “Paul07new” and “GewoonBoef” of the Netherlands, before the exit of flying Finn “LarzLuzak1” left the tournament three-handed.
Latvia’s “rudiqa1” busted in third-place for a combined score worth $14,454 to leave “gtcha” and Beeeetlegeuse to fight heads-up for the title. The man named after the horror classic eliminated gtcha in second-place to lock up $12,800 from the main prize pool plus a colossal $17,680 worth of bounty payments.

The KO Series #22-HR: $100K Gtd 8-Max event produced another guarantee-busting prize pool of $153,750 and it was Canada’s “MagicMan11111” who took full advantage and scooped the biggest prize.
The Canadian collected $11,795 from the main prize pool plus $14,732 from the bounty prize pool after defeating fellow Canadian “TorTor2012” heads-up. TorTor2012 banked a combined prize worth $15,756, not a bad prize for a runner-up.
Netherland’s “dean23pricel” won a KO Series earlier in the week, fell short of glory in this tournament busting in seventh-place for $2,251 and $3,613, the latter being bounty payments.

Deals have been quite rare during the current KO Series but KO Series #22-H: $100K Gtd 8-Max ended in a three-handed chop that saw the trio share $21,204 from the main prize pool and an additional $12,540 from the bounty prize pool.
The deal was struck when “VemProMeuMundo” busted in fourth-place to claim $3,506 plus $2,723. It was a deal that saw Brazilian “VoceSabeQuem” net $6,597 for their third-place finish, a figure boosted by $4,225 worth of bounties.
Second-place went to “buxyta” from the Netherlands who walked away with $3,581 from the bounty prize pool and $6,980 cash. Our champion was Poland’s “Olorion.” who saw their bankroll boosted by $7,625 plus $4,734 worth of scalps.
