All Christmas Freeze events have buy-ins ranging from $3.30 and increasing up to $1,050. Satellites for the bigger buy-in events are available right now, so why not try give yourself the perfect poker Christmas present by qualifying for a Christmas Freeze event.
The first Christmas Freeze events shuffle up and deal at 18:00 CET on December 23 and the final event kicks off at 21:00 CET on January 6th. No Christmas Freeze event starts before 18:00 CET on any of the festival’s days, with none starting after 21:00 CET.
Please be aware that no Christmas Freeze events run on December 24 or on December 31 for those of you rushing around making last minute preparations for Christmas Day or who are planning on bringing in the 2019 with celebrations on New Year’s Eve!
Christmas Freeze Highlights
It is a hard task to choose a handful of Christmas Freeze highlights as there are so many value-packed events available. It is worth mentioning that at 19:00 CET every day during the Christmas Freeze festival, there are five events shuffling up and dealing that have buy-ins of $3.30, $11, $33, $109 and $530 that have guaranteed prize pools many times bigger than their buy-ins.
For example, Christmas Freeze #02-M: $100K Gtd [PKO] has a $100,000 guaranteed prize pool for a buy-in of $33, while its $3.30 buy-in cousin features a whopping $15,000 guaranteed prize pool, which is huge in comparison to the entry cost.
You’ll find three Christmas Freeze events that have $300,000 guaranteed prize pools and a total of 45 events with guarantees of at least $100,000! These will award massive prizes for a $530 buy-in, less if you win your way into them via the many satellites running around the clock.

$1 Million Guaranteed Big Game on December 30th
The $1 million guaranteed Big Game runs alongside Christmas Freeze and is also a freezeout event. Costing $5,200 to enter, the Big Game may be out of reach of some of our players, but we’re running a plethora of satellites into this $1 million guaranteed affair.
Big Game ADDED Phase 1 satellites run daily at 18:00 CET, 20:00 CET, 22:00 CET and 00:00 CET costing $109 each. Survive for 22 five-minute levels and you’ll have made it through to the weekly final where no direct buy-ins are allowed.
These Big Game ADDED Final has five $5,200 Big Game seats ADDED to the prize pool, that’s $26,000 worth of added seats in each weekly final! You can play as many Phase 1 satellites as you wish, but you can only take your biggest stack through to the final if you progress more than once; all other stacks are forfeited!
